Have more employees onsite like Juan who solved our problems quickly, efficiently, and was super friendly. Have UHaul improve the app. The UHaul app was completely unusable. The rental was approved days in advance on the UHaul website yet the app was not able to recognize the advance approval. Items of information required by the app were not disclosed until arrival at the Uhaul location.William D.

We returned the trailer on Sunday afternoon, as scheduled and paid for in SC. Took a picture of ourselves that the staff that accepted the trailer. Then received a bill for two additional days of rental, presumably because they failed to log in the trailer when we left it. We have rejected the bill and instructed our credit card to not pay it.Michael M.
They were not ready to receive drop-off. Told me to "drive it up the hill and drop it off". I couldn't get the hitch undone and walked back down to ask for help. I was then told to move the trailer to another location. Then someone showed up to disconnect the trailer.Stephen F.
Got overcharged for two extra days even I returned this trailer on Sunday, they charged me for Monday and Tuesday. Promised to refund and to send me email to confirm that but nothing happened still. Terrible experience.Eugene S.
My equipment was not clean in this one instance, but I rent from this location on a fairly regular basis. It (open trailer) was lightly covered in some type of gas/oil mix. It was not a big issue due to the cargo I needed to transport. It definitely could have used a power washing of the floor. I was only concerned because I did not want to be charged for the condition of the rental, and the oil did not show up very well in the "check out" photographs for the equipment rental. The location was fairly busy on the weekends and the staff was efficient in getting the customers thru the line. Normally the service here in 4 1/2 stars out of 5.Anthony S.
I made a reservation 3 days before for 10'boxtruck when I arrived to pick it up I was told that there were not 10' truck available even know there were some parked on the parking lot wit the signs of $19 to be rented so i am already there had no more option to get a 15' truck for more money not happy at all ..........Jose F.

We rented from the internet to move my deceased mothers vehicle and things from Maryland back to Kentucky We only had 3 days to move everything and get back. We had zero problems with the truck running correctly and pulling our vehicle and it was very clean inside. We found after we got home to unload that the truck had a leak in the right front corner and soaked some pictures that I had in boxes. It rained the night before we were to head out and I guess it leaked in. We had nothing in that area that would have leaked out. It wasn't a total loss and dried them off. The car trailer strap on the left front side was too short to connect to the ratchet strap. They were rolled into the ratchet mechanism and didn't find out til I tried to strap the left front wheel down.I had to us a strap to hook to the wheel web into ratchet that was on the front of the trailer. The safety chain on the rear had the hook drug off to where it would not connect. Had to use a strap to secure the vehicle in case the car came loose. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. I noted all the things that needed attention to the drop off point attendant and took pictures of the damaged boxes and defects of the trailer. I would recommend anyone to them but their mechanic needs to be more attentive to the little things that cause problems.JAMES F.
