This guy, though a little rough around the edges, is actually a nice guy and helpful. I appreciate him getting me in and out efficiently. I was frustrated the first time I used his location because I was given the wrong truck, and this time I was given the wrong trailer, but the first time was refunded and this time the enclosed trailer worked out ok.

Truck was perfect for the job.

The person on duty was incompetent. Took him a long time to process me in the computer. Gave me the wrong truck, then they called me after I had loaded trying to get the truck back.

I rented a 10 foot truck at .79 a mile and was given a 20ft truck .99 mile. I should only have been charged .79. The pickup location is in terrible condition and the owner smokes in the office. The smoke in the tiny filthy office is overwhelming making it difficult to breath and necessary to take a shower from the stench. I threw the clothes I was wearing away. I have used Uhaul many times but am not sure I would do so again.

This place was a dump and the people there where rude

Nice folks to deal with.

The truck and trailer were fine. It's the office itself that is the problem. It's a pigsty! Stuff is stacked floor to ceiling, piles of stuff falling over and falling off the shelves. Every surface (desk and floor) is covered in junk. And it is FILTHY! Doesn't look like this office has been cleaned in YEARS! It is disgusting. You couldn't pay me enough money to sit in the filthy chair he expects you to sit in while doing the paperwork. Then there is the man running the place. Grumpy as hell, damn near blind (literally) and very rude. -- I noticed that you guys must already know this. You did not ask about THIS "location" being clean and inviting, but you do ask that about the dropoff location.

I reserved a 26 foot truck. The day before my move I got a call and was told there was mechanical issues with the 26 ft by one person and then a second person said due to "lack of availability" they would have to put me in a 15 ft! That means more trips and at a dollar a mile and MORE money for them. They did say I could contact UHaul for the $50 reservation guarantee. But you don't get that $$ at the time of pmt. btw. Then I had to go to another (further away) location to pick up the truck. Which they never mentioned I just happened to notice the different location on my reservation. When I did get the truck finally my family and friends who were helping me move didn't have time to help me make two trips so I ended up leaving a lot of smaller Christmas decorations and things like that behind in storage so we would only have to make one trip. Each trip consisted of 22 miles there and 22 miles back when we were done we were all hot and tired and ready to be done so we droped the keys in the box and failed to look at the mileage when we dropped the truck off. The next morning I got the bill in my email. They charged me for 96 miles!! When I called and asked the gentleman to check again he said sorry the U-Haul was already out. I said sir we checked the mileage at the beginning and I have six witnesses that followed me those 44 miles and know how many miles we went but he didn't care. He said he checked it twice and I would just have to call U-Haul. Haven't gotten a resolution yet and I'm not at all happy with the service. Heads up always check the mileage beginning AND THE END and triple check your reservation days before. Or there's a 10% Penske coupon floating around. Using them would be the best idea. Probably cheaper in the long run and less hassle.

U guys are amazing

While the location where I turned in the truck was better and the man was very friendly and helpful, I won't recommend U-Haul at all...ever.

Owner is friendly, helpful.

Absolutely worse expeirence of my life with U-Haul. When we arrived, the man told us to be back by 2 if I wanted my deposit back because he was going out of state for a week and I would have to wait until he returned. Me and my boyfriend arrived at 1:20 after we rushed to get everything moved to meet this guy before he left. We got there at 1:20 and we see this man riding in a car, literally pulling out as we pulled in. I know he saw us. How could he not? There's a huge 15 foot Uhaul right infront of his face. He never once acknowledged us and kept driving. So not only do I have to wait a week to get my money, I now get the pleasure of seeing this ride man again. Will never use Uhaul again

Poor outdated location with terrible access and poor facility. Reminded me of something from the 1960's. Would not reimburse me for unused boxes as promissed at pickup location.
Michelle J. en
You charged me for not dropping at the same location. Which is ridiculously unfair

The owner was very rude to me. I brought the truck back in the exact condition I picked it up, including the gas. The owner claimed that I hadn't put gas in it although it was clearly on the halfway line (which was the agreed upon amount in my paperwork). The guy has to use a magnifying glass to see everything, so his judgement is questionable in the first place, but the gauge was right on the line. I was even being very helpful and holding my arms up to shield the sun so he could see the gauges, and he was still very rude and said "whatever, it's not half a tank " like a twelve year old girl would. Won't be coming back.
