The interior and exterior of the truck were in great condition. I selected no because the truck's battery ended up dying on me when I went to pick up an office desk, so my overall move was delayed by two hours. I will say that the U-haul representative was very helpful and the technician that came out did a great job getting it troubleshot.

The attendant was rude and not helpful at all. He didn’t come out and do a walk through check with me. The interior of the truck dirty; mud all over the floor, milkshake wasted all over the dashboard, steering wheel and door. The back of the truck was wet and smelled horrible.I had to use the truck because I had to move that day. I took pictures and sent them to corporate office. I have been renting with Uhaul for 30 years and never expected anything like that
Tammie LaytonThe man at the store would not check me in. Requiring me to use the drop box telling me it would be processed later in the day. It was not checked in until 2 days later after I received a call from U-Haul and explained hat happened. In addition I was charged for gas when it had more on return than it did on pick up. Good thing I had a picture of the dashboard.
MURDOCK HendersonThis location is first and foremost a convenience store. They could care less about their U-haul customers. They only have trucks - they have no moving supplies. They do not answer the phone number listed for their U-haul business.
Scott LeggIt was ok, just a regular gas station
