Showed up for a 3:30PM pickup and a sign on the door said come back 10:00AM the next day. Move It Storage is a JOKE! They also charge me .99/mile in lieu of the advertised .79/mile. $4.20 ISN'T worth 80 minutes in your damn automatic answering system. I'll NEVER use U-Haul again.
