A customer of the Napa Auto Parts was not wearing a mask at the cash register, which is required by Washington state law and by San Juan County. This made me very uncomfortable as I am pregnant and at a higher risk of contracting COVID-19. Also, the agent was friendly, but did nothing other than collect the keys--he did not check the odometer, he did not check the fuel level, he did not provide me any documentation to prove that I had returned the truck in satisfactory condition, which was concerning.Jessica C.

Be patient islanders! Some of the problems for this location are not their fault. They are subject to the craziness of ferries and islanders. They are doing the best they can. They were great for me, I called the day before, asked for what was in stock, reserved a stocked item, went through UHAUL corporate weirdness but even though corporate was wrong, the locals got it right and were awesome!Susan N.
Very poor service. 10 minutes to pick up a truck as they could not match key to vehicle in computer. Could not even see out the windshield. Representative could not be bothered to check me in and said I would get a receipt by email when he gets around to it.Kyle K.

This is for UHAUL company not this location. I reserved the van on the website and was offered the option to use my cell phone rather than go into the store....I chose this option. Luckily I was picking up the van during business hours although that wasn't originally the case. When I arrived and tried to use my cell, I got. notice that there was a problem with the reservation. The guy working then told me that actually that option to use my cell wasn't an option at this location. Had I been planning to pick up the van after hours and then catch a ferry (we live on an island) it would have been a huge problem. Since the website offered this and allowed the reservation for this site, I thought it was an option...perhaps I missed small print. Thanks. Otherwise positive experience.Charla Shahn M.

Vehicle was not ready for pickup at 8 pm on 8/23/20. I had to come back in the morning. Also I was double billed for my van rental, which I still have to resolve...I was charged once when I picked up the vehicle at 8:15 am on 8/24/20 and again when I dropped the vehicle off at about 6:30 pm on the same day. Limited options for rentals because of the rural isolated location and they are not a U-Haul dealer. They had one truck available and I need to go see if a friend of mine could drive it for me and they told me if someone else walked in they would give the truck to them instead of me. I literally was gone 15 minutes and promised them I wanted the truck. They don't let you pay ahead of time either to reserve it.peggy M.

Just handed me the keys when I picked up the truck, arm rest was broken, window crank was broken door seal was bad the truck leaked fluid, and the sun visor was broken. Also said the truck would get 10 mpg well the best we received was 4 mpg. Also I had to stop and buy a fire extinguisher for the cab... I believe that's a DOT reg.Karl N.
