Some signage stating the return process. This was a third party site so there wasn't a clear process for returning like there is at a full U-Haul site. This will help future customers.
It was a bad experience dropping the equipment, I only drove that far because I was given a discount. If I should've known how the personnel was, I would've drop it in Laredo. The lady in charge doesn't go on the weekend, the clerks at the store didn't knew what to do. I waited 45min to drop the equipment and that's because I called U-Haul myself to asked how I could drop in that location. Like I mentioned worst service I have received from U-Haul.

No communication between u haul and this establishment. Two days later I received a call from u haul staff asking if I had dropped off the vehicle.
Nothing. The owner was fantastic!!
Balance the tires
I reserved a trailer 2 weeks in advance. One the morning of my pickuo, the *only * person who knew how to deal with u haul rentals was out of town. It took me over an hour to pick up my trailer through phone customer service. I was told to try another location 35 miles away multiple times before I got a manager on the phone to handle the transaction. I was then charged an extra day for my rental after turning it in on time. This was my worst rental experience after having rented many trailers from uhaul in the past.
Turned in uhaul with the same amount of fuel I picked it up with and got charged.

Very friendly and helpful folks. Made me feel very comfortable. This was my first time to ever rent equipment from UHaul. Great job Muy Grande, the store was an attraction itself, lots to look at.
My pick up time was 8am no one could help me until 9am and when he arrrived I still had to wait another 30 min for him to do somwthing else before helping me. He was nice but service was terrible.
