I have been charged cleaning fee when the van was filthy inside and I didn't complain because it's a moving van.. but the. I got charged for cleaning fee too! And when I questioned it, they said we needed to sweep it after you.. I have pictures taken and it shows that the inside was exactly the same as I took it from you and still no refund!!
