We didn't receive the 2 dollys we requested. Normally when I've picked up trucks in past already in truck. So we assumed they'd be there. When I went back later the girl told me she told my crew they were around the side. She never did.JAKOB R.

communication about returning blankets was not explained. We were charged $25 for not folding blankets, and when we questioned this, we were told it is printed on a sign in the truck--like everyone is looking for signs to read in the truck when they are busy packing and unpacking. Pickup and drop-off were a breeze. Would be good to let folks know specifics about tolls for the trucks, and also whether Weigh Station stops are required (we figured out they weren't but had to hunt a bit). There was also a mix-up because I added a day, and instead of adding the whole rental was shifted a day. But it was resolved quickly and everything went perfectly. Thanks UHaul!Julia N.

The locations were not a problem at all. The issue was I had a reservation (which I made 3 weeks ago) to pick up in Stow, MA and then 1 day before pickup I get a text saying nothing was available which was very frustrating. I spoke with Sheri who was very helpful and she found a truck for me but I had to get to Framingham. I don't understand if you make a reservation how you don't have one available.ERIC L.

Might want to have some kind of explanation why there are mouse poison traps in the units, or what the limitations are on moving it about the unit.
