My U-Haul has the break engaged we had to hold the break thing up to drive , and the air bag light was on also .

Kathryn M.Arrived during posted business hours, but sign said closed and door was locked. I dropped the key in the box and the owner came from back and had a fit. Pulled the key back out and instructed me where to park the truck and trailer. Then went back inside and locked the door.
TRAVIS T.My reservation was wrong so I was pushed for time and could not complete the move. I will have to move my belongings to storage to be out of my rental in time. The staff was great and efficient. All in all it was a minor mishap with scheduling. I will definitely use this location again.
