My reservation was at 12:30pm I waited at the location for an hour before the woman showed up even though she told me she would be there in 15 minutes. I was told I was going to get a discount due to her being an hour late which she did not due. I don't like my bill and feel like I was overcharged. This location definitely does not need to have a U-Haul truck there as she reflects bad on your company.

The person at this location where I dropped off the car trailer never entered into the system as being returned. I received a call from uhaul 3 days after I returned it wanting to know if I still had it. I explained to them that I did in fact return it. After uhaul followed up with the return location everything was straightened out.
