patricia J.Uhaul was supposed to call by Friday, December 23rd if there were changes to our reservation. We received a call 15 minutes before our pickup time notifying us that there were no trucks available at our pickup destination and that we'd have to travel 20 additional miles to find one. Customer service did end up getting us a closer one although it was twice the size. More timely communication would have been helpful
