A bit more attention to detail. I was told the fuel tank was 7/8ths full. It wasn't. It was less than 3/4 full. I had also ordered moving pads. They weren't in the truck. Thankfully, upon returning the truck, the agent, now a different one than the first inaccurate one, discounted my bill to reflect this. Otherwise it would have been a five-star experience.Dennis M.

First of all there's too many texts you have to respond to. I missed one of the texts for the gas and end up spending 15 dollars in additional gas. The salesperson told me the tank was on full. When I was coming back with the truck I noticed the tank needed to be filled up I only drove 16 miles total. Needless to say I'm out 15 dollars because she told me the truck was filled and it wasn'tSHELDON H.
When I entered the facility, there were 2 people at the counter. I asked for a face mask for my brother, and the guy said, Wait ma'am. I repeated my question, because my brother needed to be inside to assist with the transaction. Once I received the face mask, and it was my turn in line, the one guy took the customer out to the truck, and the other guy refused to wait on me. When I questioned him, he stated- I have other things to do, You have to wait until he's finished with this customer, and walked into the back. His rudeness was not ideal customer service and I was very disappointed in how I was treated.Kevin J.

The Uhaul was dirty, it smelled of urine, and the window knob was broken. When first called to make the store aware of the issues they did not apologize at all. I had to tell THEM I'm bringing it back. When I got there they FORGOT what I called about, then went to the truck and said it doesn't smell of urine! Then said well we sanitize our trucks! What the hell does that have to do with someone pissing in the truck?!? It smelled like someone urinated all over it. I took it back and left. This is horrible customer service.COURTNEY M.

Ensure each rental has the equipment inside and ready to go as per the customers order. This caused delays for us which also caused us to accrue extra charges. We had to add and extra full day for two stupid dollys that were not in the truck as they should have been. Ridiculous.KEVIN K.
