My original rental location was broadway in Monticello ny with a reservation time of 8:30 am When went for pick was told sorry we don't open the uhaul part until 10. I already had plans to start moving and could not wait til 10 for pick up .. hence the 8:30 reservation time After a run about on the phone was finally given a new pick up location about 30 minutes after original time. Would definitely not recommend the Monticello location to anyone and Would suggest to others to not rent from there. Awful customer service.
