I was shocked, that a company started by a veteran did not provide a military discount. By the way Penske provides a military discount. The reason I did not use them was they did not have a 16 ' truck. There are a lot of military that do their own move. It would be a nice service to provide. Thanks Bob Broxton

One of your guys in St Marys Ga,did not like the way the safety chains attached to my 2015 GMC normal attach point and suggested wrapping the chains around my frame. I said no way in hell are you doing that. You need to pull his u-haul license. Idiot. Cancelled that contract and found Bridgeview that installed it, no problems.

Check out when we returned the van was painfully slow. The gentleman on sight had obviously not had adequate training and we had to wait for 35 minutes for him to finish checking out the couple in front of us, - this BEFORE he started on our paperwork, which took another 15 minutes. Otherwise, all good. Nice van. Easy to do all reservations on-line.

We had problems on the return. We tried to take advantage of the after hours return but there were only two parking spaces and they were taken. Our paper work said we had to return the equipment by 8:15 am. So Monday morning we arrived at the location at 8:10 and no one was there. We called the number and the voice message said the hours of operation began at 8:00 am. We were unable to reach anyone. The sign on the door however said 9:00 am. We waited until then and once someone arrived they were helpful. You should not have the contract requiring return before the business is actually open. You should also have more than two spots available for after hour returns.
