The girl working didn't have much interest to help me and told me it would be "easiest" for me to use the app. Pretty sure this was easiest for her. Tried to use the app at check in and check out and it froze both times, not allowing me to finish filling out my information. Still waiting on my refund for the items I didn't get. I've worked doubles since this occurred but I will try to call someone regarding this tomorrow (Fri)

This was not my original location to pickup the U-Haul. I got an email asking if I could pick the truck up there instead. It was farther away and added miles, which caused me to go over the miles allotted to me. This new location caused me to be billed more at the end, even though I did not originally choose this location.

Matt HI ordered a dozen moving pads but couldn't use 1/2 of them because they were so dirty and filthy. Other than the pads, it was an awesome experience.
