The cab of the truck was very sticky around the drink holders and dirt on the floor board. But that was nothing compared to the cargo area of the truck. There was still trash items scattered around the bed and over the cab area. The entire cargo area was filthy and there were moving blankets thrown about the bed. I called the storage office and got an answering machine, so I told him what condition the truck was in and ask him if we needed to clean it, I did not want to be charged the cleaning charge. I never received any call back from the office. After we were through with moving our stuff, we filled a trash bag full the stuff that had been left behind by the previous renter, swept the cargo bay and folded the blankets, swept the front floor board. We've been using U-Haul for our entire move from Hot Springs AR to Fayetteville AR, we will have one more trailer load to go to our new home after we have sold my mother-in laws home in a couple of weeks. This is the first problem we have had, since we had to move stuff into storage because we did not close when we were we were scheduled we made 5 or 6 trailer loads, a 15 foot truck when we did close then 2 12 ft trailer loads, we spent over a $1000. with U-Haul and used the Levi U-Haul storage while waiting, So we will use U-Haul to take our last load home.

It appeared my drop date was a holiday, in that the location was closed. Also, I could not find a representative yet there was a car parked and a "garage" door open. I parked the trailer separate from the truck, locked everything down tight, left the keys in the "key box" and left. I did not have the contract with me to deposit. I planned to go by their today and see what they need as far as "contract".
