Camille V.Your communication system by texting is awful. My expectations were never met utilizing your system. Changes were made I did not agree to. I had to call several times to try to resolve issues turning in the truck and it could not be done thru the app. Mrs. Cheryl on Monday, morning did great to check in the truck when I dropped off the truck 2 days after I first tried to do so and could not utilizing the app.
