I highly doubt anyone from U-Haul corporate has been to this location. The office is in really rough shape. Minimal U-Haul branding inside the place. The office was a mess, dark, and didn't give me much confidence in allowing the store representative to photograph my drivers license. The representative told me verbally that the truck had 1/8th of gas, but put 7/8th's of a tank of my contract. He also put Tustin on the contract for the drop off location... I never said anything about Tustin, creating a headache attempting to drop truck off.

Not sure why y'all would tear out all the U-Haul signage and shelves before you close this location, but the gentleman that helped us was very nice and super helpful. Our drop-off went without a hitch...you see what I did there. :-)
EDMUND JMore then helpful. They addressed my needs and got me on the road. We have moved 27 times and Uhaul is our go to company. We tried others but your service is unmatched.

Norman OI was told the fuel was full and it wasn’t completely full however when I returned I had to put in more gas then it originally had.. frustrating because I was already on a tight budget.
