THE LOCATION WAS NOT OPEN AS THE SIGN STATED AND THE EQUIPMENT WAS DIRTY UPON RECEIVING. THIS RENTAL TOOK EXTRA HOURS THAT WERE UNNECESSARY. BAD RENTAL OVERALL. ALSO I NEVER GOT A RETURN RECEIPT

I received the vehicle at 3/8 tank, on my way back, I put $15 of gas in the tank, it brought the tank to the marker right under 3/8. I was charged $12.75 for the difference which is absurd. They should give you a full tank of gas so you can just fill it up until the pump stops. Seems shady to me. I will not recommend.

I was told to returned the uhaul with gas between 3/8 and 1/2. I returned it a little more and right under 1/2 of gas. I was then charged $17 for gas and was told they use their eyes to estimate and even though I have a picture show what I filled it to, I was still charged $17. After complaining I was credited $10, but still feel cheated.

The vehicle needs to be updated like when the is in reverse it does not have the alert alarm warning sound. The vehicle needs a wheel Alignment immediately. The representative there was professional and very helpful.
