You over charged me....for a 10 hour rental.....I rent severl times a year from u haul and buy propane and boxs often.....not anymore.....29 dollar a day rental should not have cost me what it did.....normally I'm very careful with the equipment this time I didn't care....I often call you w locations of units that are abandoned and stolen that we find due to us being a repo co... .not no more.....if I see someone striping one or one in a bad area then so be it.....you fucked me on a simple rental.....and lost a customer
Darren CI didn't realize that this was a no contact reservation. It was not stated that way anywhere in my paperwork. The keys were already in the truck, but I didn't know that and luckily found someone on the property. They were extremely helpful and got me going right away.
Shelly SProperty has minimum signage for intrusions. Girl came outside with short shorts and a very bad attitude. Was never told prior to pick up that a dolly that I requested was not available unless I wanted to go pick it up at another location. Interior of the truck was dirty and has an odor. Worst experience I’ve had.
