There was no location. It was a parking lot. No store front. It was off-putting and unexpected. I had selected a different location but then I was called and informed that it did not have the right trailer size the day before I was set to pick it up. Coming in from out of town that was not welcome. The person running the "location" was in an extra-ordinary hurry and rushed us through. We did a poor walk around and we only discovered the massive bald spot on one of the tires when we stopped to pick up our load. The bald spot was on the ground when we picked up the trailer, I have my suspicions that was on purpose by the dealer. I am not pleased with the experience at all.

i asked for a dolly and there wasn't one available. I should have been tlld beforehand
Jan GVendor was in inappropriate clothing (broken sandals and sweatpants with holes in them) and was rude, didn’t have a check in counter and “K mini mart” didn’t exist. I just had to walk up to his grey car parked off to the side of a hotel. Very weird vibes and would NOT recommend this location.
Maya TVery helpful, Had to change dates on my booking date and done flawlessly, rented two trailers in two weeks, all are in good condition.
