Rented a van to pick up before the store opened. Could not get cell service in the parking lot to sign in to uhaul to get the code to the lock box for key.. instead of picking truck up at 9 we had to wait an hr before store opened. AND WE DROVE AN HR TO GET THE UHAUL! Ordered a dolly that they said they had but didn't!

Ciara W.The location was great (very helpful attendant) however the truck was in terrible condition. The tire sensor kept going off, or there was possibly a slow leak. The check engine light was on. Twice the truck lost power and stalled. The engine also had a very hard time going up a >10deg incline.
