Clean the trucks. And stop ripping people off for Gas money after gas was put back in the truck
ann H.They charged me an exorbitant amount an hour claiming that I didn't return the truck with the proper amount of fuel it was given. In reality this trip cost me $110 more than what they claimed, or more than what the contract states. Nor is the contract even signed. I have been on hold with them for hours in between U-Haul customer service and the location I was at and no one can help me and give me a full complete breakdown as to why I was charged. Especially, however turned it in the exact state with the exact amount of gas in two hours earlier.
