- I booked 24/7 pick-up but the store did not fulfill that, so I had to sit in my car for an hour waiting outside for the shop to open up - Did early check in steps (license photos, etc) and had to do them all over again at the store

Easy pickup using my phone- the truck and keys were just where they were supposed to be.

Alberto RThey weren't clear on the process to me. They were Very unprofessional upon return. They said, drive around the park the truck, they don't chk it in. They are not responsible. They did not come out to chk it. When i parked out front to ask, whats the process to the guy at the Desk Osmen, the black Nigerian guy name, started with a G, i think he said Gilbert is his name. He said he was the manager, he was very rude yelling as I was trying to get assistance from the other guy because Gilbert had a family of 4 he was working with. He was over talking, very disrespectful showing off for his people.Ge said I could drop it at uhaul, why, I got it here. I asked how do I know it's getting checked in and it's not be driven, if no one comes to chk it with me. He said that's not there business. They run a furniture business. Uhaul just use them for a location they don't get paid he said. The other guy osman seen I was upset and said the guy shouldn't talked to me that way. But call uhaul tell them you dropped it. This was an inconvenience of My time arguing with this Man in front of his Nigerian family it was humiliating and very embarrassing..UNPROFESSIONAL. I WANT A FULL REFUND. Uhaul needs to explain to people what to expect. Also, I was overcharged for a Safe Drive fee that I never asked for, or even knew about. That's real sneaky to be added a charge unknowingly, that's consumer Fraud by your company. I have never had such a very unprofessional experience like this. These issues must be addressed immediately. I suggest you use another location with customer service skills and safer. That street is not safe at night either.
