The original trailer pick-up location was changed twice. I was traveling long distance to pick up the trailer, and this was very frustrating. I had to pick up the supplies even at another location. The ideal would have been to pick up everything in one location. The supplies were given to me incomplete and I did not notice until it was too late. When I finally arrived to pick up the trailer, the eletric cord was damaged and there was no replacement. The owner wanted to cancel my contract or wait 20 minutes for him to obtain a new one. #frustrated.

Clerk claimed that the Uhaul system was slow but actually he was changing my reservation to include the safe mover optional insurance (which i declined when doing the reservation) When asked why it was included he indicated "that it was already like that" Steer away from franchised locations and their shady practices.

I don't think little sand in the driver's feet place is caused by riding and getting off the truck, which means it is not clean and charge me $26.
