It was such an easy drop off. The entire process was very user friendly
Stacy S.Have the truck sitting on the actual lot close to the front and have a better follow up on where it is at we arrived at 8p.m. and didn't get out of there til 9:45 walked all over the lot looking for our truck couldn't find it finally got ahold of a gal named Prescious at customer service for Uhaul and she stayed on the phone with us for over an hour and finally said it was next to a fire station which was at another remote site finally got our truck and by the time we got it it was too late so we couldn't get the extra insurance needless to say we will not be recommending Uhaul in the future!!
