The equipment was well maintained but not real clean in the cab. It was about a mile from where you picked it up so did not get to do an inspection. The equipent performed well and the people were nice.

We had to travel to the middle of no-where to pick up our truck. We were given extra miles for this, but it also took us an extra 45 minutes. I didn't check the gas gage and I should of made sure it matched what the paper work said.

Employees were not ready to process pickup at arrival. Took nearly 2 hours before I was able to get on the road. Seemed very unorganized and not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Would NOT recommend a "neighborhood" dealer. Took nearly 60 minutes to get checked in, dealt with 3 different people because they weren't sure how to maneuver the system well. Facility was dirty!

The gentleman that I rented the trailer from was very nice and helpful. I'm not giving him a bad review but I do have issues with your charges. I first tried to reply on your "questions or concerns" e-mail address but it is undeliverable (6+_AFM@uhaul.com). So, I copied my concern here. The following is the e-mail I sent twice but it was returned both times. Date: Mon, 5 Dec 2016 21:09:52 -0600 Subject: Why 3 days for rental? I picked up the trailer around 12 noon on Saturday (12/3/16) and returned it Sunday night (12/4/16). The business was closed but I just dropped it off Sunday night per our mutual agreement. I was told where to park the unit and I parked the trailer in the desiginated spot. Now the receipt says that I returned it on Monday (12/5/16) around 2PM. It was back at the location on Sunday night. I can understand 2 days charge (although I had it about 1-1/2 days in actuality). So, why 3 days rental? I wouldn't recommend to a friend because it is not my fault that the establishment doesn't have staff on Sunday to check the equipment back in. Yet I had to pay extra because of that. I don't rent trailers very often but I doubt that I will ever rent from U-Haul again.
