Fix your app. I can not tell you how frustrating the app check out process was. The main issue is that every time I clicked into a new screen and wanted to go back to the check out process, I was instead taken back to the main menu of the app. That means I had to re-enter info I had already provided over, and over, and over. Please take a look at the UX of the checkout process and give it the overhaul it needs.Daniel G.

This location was convenient however I was informed the day of my rental that the office would be closed and I would need to do online pick up. I was super nervous about that since I was going to alone in the dark. However, Uhaul employee Emily showed up to assist me. Apparently the person that called me earlier in the day understood my apprehension. So a Big Shout Out to her and Emily for making my rental experience a great one!Connie H.

1. I made my reservation at 10 AM for a 3:00 pickup. I arrive promptly to find out that the truck I reserved was not there. 2. I ask if my reservation can be transferred to another location and they said they had to send a text. I got on the phone myself to speak to another location that was ready to accommodate but the truck arrived while I was on the phone. (15 min after scheduled pickup) 3. They asked for my license and card for payment which I provided then the clerk advises he needs to take a photo of my license. I advise I completed all steps online with the pre check in and could see the front and back of my license on their computer. He then states he needed to take a photo of me with my license held up to my face.. should I be worried about fraud activity now?! 4. No walk through of the vehicle before I drove off. Chips were on the floor with a Christmas ornament rolling around. 5. Overall horrible experience. Clerks were not apologetic or professional. I'll go through a different carrier in the future.Marquel R.
The trucks gas gauge must have been messed up. I put more gas in it than it had originally. but the gauge showed otherwise. So I got charged extra.Sawyer K.
