The location was having computer issues, took me over 30 minutes just for my credit card to be entered, it was swiped at least 5 times and entered manually 2. Customer service is a real problem. Felt completely ignored (as did other frustrated customers...one left cursing) by one attendant and had the MOST disrespectful phone call of my 51 year life, the only thing missing were curse words. When making the reservation the call center asked for an approximate time of return. I gave it with the disclaimer, I'm not certain as I can't predict New York City traffic, that statement was responded with, that's not a problem we just have to put in an aprroximaye time. 45 minutes before the truck was due (at the estimated time entered) a woman from the location called to make sure we would be there on time. I explained clearly that we were sitting in stop and go traffic ...that's when rude and I mean RUDE treatment began. Almost word for word she said " you are supposed to have the truck back on time, it is a very busy day here and there is a customer coming to pick up the truck at 1:00...now I'm going to have to call them and tell them you won't have the truck back until what time?...I said the gps was saying after 3 and I could not control traffic..she began a rant about overage charge and how I was inconveniencing people. So in a upset panic I arranged to take the truck straight back to the drop off rather than going by our house for our vehicle, asked my family to rearrange their day to pick us up, and what did we arrive to? A parking lot full of trucks exactly like the one we were driving, no one greeted us for 15 minutes, one person was off to the side of the building smoking a cigarette. Finally the attendant came out and said be with you in a minute...5 minutes later (still not a customer in sight) he sauntered over, us fully expecting to have this kid be on our case about the time. Not a peep, just handed took our paperwork, said we'd get a receipt at the email provided and walked away. We had to wait 49 minutes for a ride, sitting in the grass outside, the entire time...NO one came to pick up a truck. This was a clear case of 2 people clearly resenting the fact they had to be inconvenienced by working on a Saturday and were taking it out on whomever they pleased. Where is the training for these people? Every business should have a code of conduct. Intolerance of your customers is unacceptable. Moving is stressful, and you do not know any of your customers situations...if I weren't a somewhat evolved person, someone there would have felt my fury.

Coordinate better when there is a change from online reservation. I had reserved an enclosed 5x8 trailer, which had to be changed to open 5x9 at my pickup. Didn't get message or text.

We had difficulty figuring out where to park our trailer when we returned it after hours. The return area seems to work fine for trucks as you can drive right up but it was difficult to get a trailer parked in the designated location without it becoming a hazard to others.

I had a reserved/confirmed rental. When I went to pick it up, the clerk was totally alone and I was on a line of customers. I let the customer behind me go ahead of me as he only needed to buy 2 storage boxes. - Understaffed ? Seemed that way to me.

The personnel in the Division location was pleasant and helpful however contacting customer service at toll free number was horrendous. I was transferred at least 6 times and was unable to get any assistance. I was even told my order was cancelled. I wondered if the representatives views the same information.
