You couldn't even tell it was a Uhaul location and the person working there just ignored me while he was working on a car. I stood there holding the key waiting and watching him.

Owner took my keys in exchange for U-Haul keys w/ no clear way of how to retrieve them as his business was closed after my rental ended. We discussed this prior but when I arrived to return the truck and obtain my car keys, there was no one around to assist me. Had to wait until the morning & stay with a friend for the night to obtain my car keys in the morning after searching for his Facebook page for the correct number to dial.
Darielle C.The lot I dropped this big truck off at was extremely full and there was nobody in the front when I went in to drop the key. I believe it is just one guy running his shop and the drop off site, which he was great and working hard, but it just wasnt a good time. Not to mention the venue was a bit rough on the interior, not real professional. If not for the guy running the show and convenient location I wouldnt even consider coming back to this one.
