Juan V.THE WORST.....Supposed to open at 9am (I called the number on the website at 7:52am and the person who answered CONFIRM they opened at 9am), they were not open from the time I arrived at 9:12am until the time I had a LYFT driver pick me up at 9:34am.......THEN had the nerve to charge me $20 for a "Convenience" fee for using the dropbox I was FORCED to use because the location wasn't open when they said they'd be open....Also, 2 other customers were waiting for someone to arrive at 9am......NOT GOOD FOR A NATIONAL BRAND TO HAVE THIS VENDOR REPRESENT YOUR NAME
