I was attacked by a German Sheppard. I ordered moving blankets that I never received. The people there were very rude and wouldn't help in anyway. They tried to turn things around like all these things were my fault. Nasty people.

I was very happy with the retailer. But I was not happy with UHaul. When I reserved truck it was advertised as $1.29 per mile. When I picked it up I was told it was $1.99 per mile because " it was the weekend". This resulted in a more than $200.00 difference in my cost. Unfortunately I didn't read reservation agreement closely and didn't realize I had agreed to $1.99. My fault. But I still feel deceived because of the "small print". Seventy cents difference just because of the day of the week?? Ridiculous. I most likely will not use U Haul for my next truck rental.
Michael K.Trailer jack was missing hand crank so had to use my own screwdriver which was not strong enough and broke. Otherwise the trailer was in excellent condition.
