The mobile check in place took way too long to pick up keys. The process is complicated and when finally got the keys box open the keys weren't in it so had to call some one else to come open other lock boxes and find the keys overall wasted 45 minutes on my moving day not a good experience. Always go to a all servicing U-Haul store.

I was charged $150 for 4 hours. The guy said to put 24 hour but I brought it back in 4 hours. Someone is supposed to call me. He said I would only be charged for when I took it out and brought it back. The guy filled out the form
