This location has large potholes in the drive that need fixed. The lockbox was jammed so I struggled to get the key out. Equipment was clean.Danielle L.

There was trash/recycling including used boxes, other moving debris and fast food containers from at least two different prior meals, from before I got the vehicle. Attendant was overbearing and taxing of my time, and mentally as if to invade and/or interrogate. I felt that's it crossed the boundaries of personal and professional space and caused me to debate whether I was being hit on or cornered for abuse and attack. I literally caused me to feel unsure of what to do and trapped. I sought to be cordial and professional and give her the time that she felt she needed to conversate, seeking to just be passive, rather than assertive, so as to take a path of least resistance out of the situation,BRADLEY S.
Needs mechanical issues fixed. Theb15 foot trucks steerung is very scary, wheels didn't respond until i turned the wheel a quarter of a turn. The truck was very hard to drive because of this.DALE K.
Don't feel I should've been charged a cleaning fee when it wasn't even cleaned before I used it. And I was not informed that if I did not clean it I was going to be charged. Poor communication. I was also told that it used regular gas that was over four dollars a gallon.I told them regular gas hasn't been used in over 20 years.LESLIE Q.

I had issues with the mobile app before I picked up my truck. The customer service rep, I believe her name was Haley was INCREDIBLE! Very friendly and handled my problem in a snap. The only problem I had when picking up the keys was the key code they gave me to open the box was changed by someone at the storage unit. The lady on sight took care of the issue.James S.

The only reason I was happy with my rental was because Gina at Storage King helped me get on the road. The Uhaul app wasn't working properly and I was there for around 20 minutes trying to figure it out. She then helped my by calling Uhaul and finding that Uhaul servers or something were down nationwide. Uhaul had problems, Gina made it work. Great location.justin M.

The truck interior was not cleaned well. Could have been a little better done The mobile check in process is not seamless like its promoted. It took forever to get my truck and I wasted over 30 minutes. Very disappointed with this process.Daniel B.
It was easy for me to drive past Mina Rd. (even using gps). My husband drove past it as well. Mina Rd looks more like a rough drive than an actual road. Once I turned around and looked more closely, the location and trucks were clearly visible. But if I were not looking for this location, I would have drove by it 100 more times. We rent a Uhaul a couple times a year when buying something that will not fit in our car. Now that we know about this location, we will use it again. Being 5 miles from our house, we wished we had found it long ago. A large sign should be placed at the corner of Mina Rd and Copley Rd. And another suggestion I have to offer is giving rental info to estate sale companies. We have bought a lot of large pieces of furniture at estate sales for a steal. People do not want to figure out how/where to get a truck, with a ramp etc. Most assume renting a U haul is expensive, like they were 15 yrs ago and requires reserving one a week in advance. We've learned, by the last day of an estate sale, a $400 item can be negotiated for $80 to $100 because no one wants to deal with moving it. And we've learned, renting a U haul is quite simple and usually around $30 for a few hours (and miles). A commercial should be made regarding how cost effective and easy renting from you is. The commercial should also lend ideas for the uses of a U haul truck above the obvious - moving. Make consumers think about U Haul as more than just a truck for moving dayscott D.
Usually good to work with but depends on who happens to be working at that time. Have had good service and then no service from them. Some employees go the extra mile to assist but a few just say no can't help and that's it. Then u spend an hour waiting on the phone to find what u need.JEFFREY K.
