I found the online registration/reservation difficult, I could not figure out how to log back into uhaul there are some issues.I do use online line services a lot , but I am from older generation. Also if you have so many calls in your call centers that one is on hold for over 25-30 minutes Uhaul needs more customer service people.PAUL B.

Customer service was the worst I've experienced at a business. Workers stood around and talked before checking on Customer they also was worried about what the other worker was not doing when they wasn't even doing anything thereself. I had to get my own dolley hook it up and all . Didn't get my return confirmation, took my paper work I. To tell the lady I returned it and she made like she wrote the in formation on a pad and said she would handle it and didn't, because uhaul called meMITCHEL C.
Be open at 7 am when you're supposed to !!! Don't show up with a bad attitude! No one showed up till 7:30 then they took their sweet ass time ! I was there right at 7 and didn't get out of your store till after 8JEREMY T.

It would have been better to have Kannapolis location to have a van. I had to pay for 20 extra miles miles on the van to get it because you took the van away from the Kannapolis location. Poor choice ! Had previously rented a van from the Kannapolis location, much more convenient.RALPH K.

Have more staff on. This is the 2nd time I've rented a truck on a Saturday from this location. I understand that it's a busy day, but there should be more staff on to handle all the people in line. I had to wait a full hour before I was able to pick up my truck. I reserved it for 10:00 AM and got there about 15 minutes early. I did not leave with my truck till almost 11:00 AM. There were people in line having issues with their reservations and rather than asking them to step aside while they figure it out and take somebody else who is there to just pick keys. They just kept 7-8 people waiting while they dealt with one customer. It's also been a day and a half and I have yet have my final receipt emailed to me.PHILLIP S.

Well I have a reservation for a pick up and when I get there they told me they did have have one ? Don't understand that , than why did did I make Reservations! So I have to take a van which smell like smoke. Very disappointed.BARBARA H.
The back of the uhaul was full of dirt, to the point me and my wife had to sweep it out so I furniture wouldn't get dirty. Trucks need to be expected to make sure there returned the way the was picked. For the next user.. I have pictures of the truck if you guys would like me to email them.!KENAN H.
Whh my en I arrived they insisted they were closed and only spoke to me THROUGH the door. I locked the key inside the truck. I was charged a cleaning fee when that truck was not dirty in anyway. I was called several times by different people. Who acted like they didn't know where the truck was when I told them more than once. The truck itself needs maintenance. So maintenance, it drove poorly down the highway & is pretty beat up. On top of having to wait for the battery to bd changedDeja B.

I rented a trailer on Saturday 3/27/2021 and returned it the same day @ 5 hours later. The gentleman that checked it out, also checked me back in when I returned it. Unfortunately they never put the "check in" into the computer thus I was accused of not returning the trailer until Wednesday 3/31/2021. My credit card was charged $126.21!! I immediately went to the store the next morning. I was told by the clerk that ttheyhad no record of me checking it in and they check the lot every night. Fortunately the rep that checked it out and back in verified that I did return it on Saturday and he did in fact give the reps at the desk the trailer number to check it in on Saturday. They simply hadn't checked in the equipment. The rep at the counter then informed me that he was not able to correct the charge. He instructed me to call the 800 number. I drove back home to do so but there was @ a 30+ minute wait for someone to answer. So I waited. Upon finally connecting with a live person, I learned that the store STILL had not "checked in" the equipment, thus they couldn't rectify the error on their end until the store "checked in" the trailer. After @ 2 hours of traveling to the store, online chatting, and then finally getting a rep to answer my call, - she ( the rep) called the store and had to walk the rep through the steps to properly "check in" the equipment. After waiting on hold some more, the store rep finally joined the call and emailed a receipt showing the correct amount ($21.03). The clerk from the store offered zero apologies, no " sorry for the inconvenience", no nothing! Very disappointed with this experience.DERREN B.

I had issues with booking. I had reserved a truck the prior sunday from first usa storage near my home, went to get truck and realized the pick up location was moved to concord location so i had to cancel. I then reserved a 20 ft truck on Tuesday morning, it also got switched to rays carpet but this time I was notified, however it looks like the truck was switched to a 26ft and i didn't realize it until we got there. Both of these we had to cancel and luckily the concord location had a truck the size we needed. I think there needs to be better alerts/warnings that the location/equipment is not what was initially chosen. I'm just glad the cancellation was easy and didn't have penaltiesKIMBERLY G.
