Originally ordered a truck from this location on November 21st for November 27th. On Saturday November 25th, a lady called me asking if it was okay if I picked a truck up from a different location and drop it off there. We said fine sure. My dad proceeded to head to new location and apparently they were closed and we had a difficult time trying to getting in contact with someone. Took over an over before I got in contact with the original location, off Weddington, they had no idea why someone would switch locations on us! Very disappointed in U-HAUL themselves and how they handle the situation. But thank you to the lady at Save Green for saving the day on my moving day.
