Rental was delayed 1 hour because of delayed site opening and staff issues with rental/reservation. On-line reservation did not indicate that site is a U-Haul 'affiliate'.

I forgot that older guy name but he was really nice. I was able to get in and out with no issues.
Kari LUnder the U-Haul app, it would help if you can allow us to post pictures non out camera library when uploading mileage and gas instead of having to run back out the the truck multiple times to do it in real time. Also, for this location in particular, the staff was not trained on nor had the app on his phone to help me figure out the gas issue. I never did a walk around prior to taking the vehicle, signed the paperwork in good faith that all was well but when I got in the truck, the gas was lower than what I signed for. While attempting to check the truck back in online, it was going to charge me due to me filling the truck back up to the 1/4 tank level I received it. Paperwork documented that I was at 3/8 full but it was at 1/4. I took pictures of the gauge panel when I picked up the truck and when I got back. It matched but not to the paperwork. After wasting time trying to rectify this, my drop off time exceeded max allowable time to check it in. As of now, I was charged way more than originally quoted and I still need to call U-Haul to see what’s going on. By the way, he called U-Haul to try and help me figure out the cost but instead the woman in the other end charged my card on file without letting me know. So here I am way over budget and not happy all this happened. Lessons learned but I will be contacting U-Haul immediately!! The truck radio was also broken when I got in. The volume control was bad! Again, we never did a walk through when I picked up the vehicle because I got insurance. Had we done one as I usually do when I go to a real U-Haul place, all this would have been found.

Robert MWay overpriced. 15’ was all I saw available and I spent almost $400 for the rental, mileage and that is just ridiculous. Make these things more affordable!
