Thw trailer was dirty, and one of the straps was completely frayed at the bottom, not allowing it to fit into the ratchet mechanism, so I had to cut that part off, and there was a large tear in the strap as well. I had to call roadside assistance to get a new strap put on.
Chad SI needed to rent a trailer on very short notice. Patricia was ver accommodating and helpful.
Greg SIt took a considerable long time to process when i arrived at the store even though it was booked online. Also the owner had a dog that barked everytime i talked and kept trying to lunge at me and she could hardly hold him.
