The person who I picked up the truck from was very nice. The truck, however, was barely hanging on. It made the journey. But, really, it was in bad shape.

I was able to check in at the office without a problem but when i turned in after the rental, i followed the process to check out and got through it except I couldn't get the lock open to put the keys in the lock box. Had to drop the keys in the normal key drop box
