My issues were with the app. I had to wait 35 minutes to get customer service. The location was good.

Parking lot is not very big and was really tight to return a 26 foot truck. Location was not very clearly marked. Drove right past the location.
Bob CI was missing equipment and the location was completely covered in snow and the uhaul almost got stuck. I was beyond disgusted with uhaul. The lovely woman I spoke to on the phone however was absolutely amazing and the sweetest person ever.
MEGANELIZABETH BEverything. I was supposed to pick up my truck at a different location 50 miles away. You called the day before and didn’t have a truck. Once I take the extra hour drive I receive a phone call that the truck was somewhere else in a parking lot and that “I should get there before the cops have it towed” the location was closed because they went to a gun auction and the truck had damage from the previous driver causing the truck to be abandoned 3 blocks from the pick up location. I was told I wouldn’t be charged the extra mileage that it took to get the truck but on my final bill I still had to have someone change the my legs and make sure i wasn’t charged double the amount that was correct. I will rent a Penske truck from now on.
