The 5x8 trailer that I rented had an issue with wiring (lights did not work properly). Luckily there was another 5x8 trailer on the lot that I was able to rent instead. Also, this location was out of stock on a wiring harness adaptor for my truck, so I had to go to another retailer to buy one. U-haul should keep these in stock. The employee was helpful and nice. In terms of dropping off the trailer near Auburn, AL, the location suggested by U-haul was closed on Saturday, requiring me to call U-haul to find another suitable location. While this was found, it was also closed (I was told that it was open until 5pm). I was instructed by another U-haul location two doors down to simply drop off the trailer and take pictures of proof that I dropped it off. I do not expect any additional fees for dropping off when business was closed, and I would like assurance that this dealer received the trailer. Darin
