The mileage on our truck was off by several hundred miles when we got it, the app wasn't working when I went to change it so the rep assured me he would note it in our file. When we returned it a different rep said we had driven several hundred miles and I explained that we had not and the mileage was off, and the previous rep had not noted it in our file as he said he would. He assured me he then would note it and we wouldn't be charged. The second rep also did not fix it and we were charged an additional $180 for the mileage. Thankfully we were refunded our difference but it's ridiculous that two different reps had assured us the issue would be resolved and NEITHER of them did anything, which resulted in us being charged almost three times our rental cost. Would recommend more accountability in making sure this doesn't happen, we said when we pulled out that we knew we would have to deal with this later and sure enough we did. Ya'll need to do something about fixing ya'lls computers because I had half a tank of gas when I picked the truck up and I brought it back with half a tank of gas then ya'll said it was 3 quarters of a tank which was a lie then I got 71 miles one way and ya'll said I went 96 miles and I only went 56 miles so I'm not happy with uhaul right nowJEFFREY S.
