I have not received my email verifying my return of equipment as promised. All the Uhaul equipment is hidden in the back of the gas station so it doesn't look like a U haul establishment. Also, when returning the equipment it is like driving through an obstacle course.

It was very difficult to turn in to the gas station He was extremely rude and tried to charge me $25 for just a little dust in the truck. We had to climb in and clean the floor with towels and water bottles. It really WASNT DIRTY! I will never go back there

I would recommend giving the customer a few more buffer miles between pick up and drop off. Doesn't leave much room at all for any variation. I had to make a couple small side trips and was charged close to $ 40 extra. A few more buffer miles would of been nice.

I had a very difficult time getting my truck, I was using the self service app since there was no rep on site. I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with 5 different people from U-haul's 1-800 number. Mind you I had 2 gentlemen who I was paying to help me with this move on the clock standing around this whole time I was on the phone with U-Haul since they were going to be the ones who was driving it for me. After talking to the 5th person for a second time she was able to finally get the app to work and she assigned me my truck. I would not have had this problem if a truck as assigned to me to begin with at this site even though I had email confirmation that a truck was at site for me to use. I know that the folks who worked at the Exxon station were not working for u-haul but the gentleman on staff could have been nicer to us. He knew that we were there to pick up a truck and when one of the people from 1-800 uhaul told us to go looking at the trucks on site to see if we could find a key where they said one would be he got very rude with the one of the gentleman who I was paying to help me with my move. Finally after my 45 minute wait and we were assigned a truck he comes out of the station and hands me a key (that 1-800 u-haul said would be under the seat) asked if I pre-paid for insurance and got me to sign the paperwork and walked away. The truck was clean and showed wear from lots and lots of moves (that was to be expected with the number of miles that was on the truck). When we started the move the check engine light came on and stayed on the whole day. The truck sounded like it was working very hard to gather speed even when we were only going 25 miles per hour in my community it sounded awful to me. When I was on the phone with the person from u-haul who was finally able to help with my truck she agreed to extend my return time till later in the day since we had a huge hassle getting the truck. When I returned the truck and finished my self check out on the app I saw on my bill that I was charged for keeping the truck longer than an app told me I was supposed to have returned the truck. Being charge for the extra time was no big deal because we did have to return it about 30 minutes longer than what we agreed upon the return time, but if you are going to say you are going to modify the return time please do so for another person. I have to say the 5 different people (6 total, I spoke with one lady twice) from 1-800 U-haul were very pleasant and they did try to help me while I was on the phone with them. I was not about to hang up on the last lady until we went through all of the steps on the app just in case since in my many transfers I was cut off twice.

The customer service was lacking. I waited 30 min after setting up a time for 9:30, and the guy helping me seemed irritated that he even had to help me. Bottom line I needed a truck and I got a truck. That's all that matters to me, I could care less if he didn't want to be there, I got the job done.

Asked to rent the truck for a full 24 hours since alternate car had issues they billed an additional day I tried to reason with customer care but to no avail had to return the truck late and was charged an additional day

Something is going on with the trailer I utilized. On the left driverside axle made a noise that sounds like a mini jackhammer when it goes at a higher speed or hits bumps. I don't know if this can become a safety issue over time but I wanted to report it.

Not a great experience in dropping off a 5x8 trailer at this location. I would look somewhere else if possible.

We were told that we needed to return the truck we rented by 8:30 Sunday morning. We went to return the truck and the location was closed. So extra miles were added onto the truck due to the closure of the store and we had to pay for those extra miles to ensure no one stole or broke the truck before we returned it. Overall if a location is going to be closed the customer shouldn't be told they need to return a truck at a certain time. I shouldn't have had to pay the extra mileage because of that oversight.

However, Robert Jeatter, the representative who processed my van rental should be commended for his professionalism, efficient processing of my request and having my rental ready to go when I arrived. The door closure on the drivers side was out of adjustment. Even with a window cracked to allow for decompression, we had to exert great effort to close properly. This adjustment is set up at the factory but is never addressed in the field. I did not feel the person checking me in could comprehend this issue so I did not tell them. They were very nice and helpful.

The only negative is the pick up place said "the gas is about 7/8ths of a tank". When I dropped off, the line was barely below the 7/8ths line and I was charged extra.
