Make sure to read before you sign. He was supposed to leave the destination open, and instead had to backtrack 15 miles to a drop off place we did not want to go to. Called uhaul and tried to get the destination changed and had a rude man that said I signed it and it could not be changed. Poor, poor customer service!!!

Due to the trouble we had with the trailer after unloading it and it sheered off the nut and pin in my hitch. The Uhaul roadside assistance number perople were a great help, we had no problem with them. even though we sat at the side of the road for over 5 hours. My question is why can't those people who work or contract for Uhaul be forces to give the roadside service.
