First off the guy couldn't find my reservation, then the trailer was parked in a manner that I had to put my truck in 4wd to drive up a dirt bank so I could back up to the trailer and get back out again, and then my rental was never checked back in. The guy also was attempting to charge me $162 for reasons he couldn't tell me, and only after I was gonna leave did he miraculously get the price down to what was emailed to me. Overall bad experience. However, the equipment was in great condition and worked great.

Please ensure that pick up time coincide with when the appropriate staff is scheduled. Despite this not being the case for me, there was a very nice lady who opened the store that morning and went out of her way to help and set everything up for me.
Dana P.It was convenient , but the smoke in the building g was disgusting . No one who doesn't smoke should have to deal with that . We had to roll the windows down because my husband smelled so bad from just filling out the papers . They are nice there but the smoke sucks
