I was given a drop off for the rental. I had the vehicle back by 545 the same day. Then recieved a bill for second day rental plus all the fees and saying I drove 10 miles over the alloted miles. All which were false. I don't believe it was my pick up location but the drop off location.
Mark C.I arrived at the locatin at 9am when they opened. No one was there. There are other businesses on the property and an emplyee from the used car lot was helpful in calling someone from JJW Tires and the person who answered was asleep and said they would be in in 15 minutes. 40 minutes later the same employee from the car dealer came around with a key and said we were checked in and could take the car. So the person at home must have done something online. We did not get the truck until 9:45am...no matter what your paperwork says. I had movers waiting at my home to move...picking up the truck was a TERRIBLE experience.
Royce G.I did the after hours drop off where you have to load pics into the app. I have t mobile and a friend that was with me has verizon and neither has service at this location. There are 3 businesses there with no clear parking lots for each. Was confusing to figure out where to actually park the truck.
