Employee should of contacted uhaul location where truck was picked up to verify their employee was indeed the one who marked on my paper work saying tank was at 1/4 And not 3/8 instead they told me nothing was in system and they couldn't accept the scribble on my documents and charged me for gas

Stop hooking up trailers to your customers vechicles if you will not be taking responsibility for anything that goes wrong. If I made a mistake then I would take the blame but, to lie and say that I was the one who hooked up my trailer is a very bad call. Very disappointed, will never us u- haul again. In fact I will go out of my way to let everyone I know about the dishonesty I have experienced.

I reserved a unit for Friday morning at 07:00 a.m. at the big u-haul center on Cleveland only to be sent to Manny's at 10:00 a.m. pick up time. That put me 3 hours behind schedule and that I had a crew at my house at 08:00 to help load the truck.....that means the help sat there for almost 3 hours waiting for me to arrive with the unit !!! Then as I am enroute to my destination I receive a call rerouting me to a different drop location, that by the way was a dumpy rundown mess !!! To bad u-haul can't get their act together !!! This WILL BE THE LAST TIME I USE U-HAUL !!! Penske next time !!!

bad business the people at U-Haul was very nice what was supposed to pick up trailer on 41 North Fort Myers was not there had to drive over to the cape to Manning and pick up the trailer there wasted a lot of time and wasn't happy about it we ordered the trailer 2 weeks ago at 41 they said it would be there when they got there the trailer wasn't there bad business no more U-Haul rental when you go to one place and ordered that's where I want to pick it up not five miles down the road another 45 minutes wasted thank you

I kept pumping gas and after $27 and 10 gallons later I stopped. Looked at gas gauge and it was full. I had only gone 28 miles. That would be about 3 miles per gallon. Don't understand why. Does truck need a tune up or something is wrong with gas gauge?

I was wrongfully charged for additioanl fuel when the truch had exactly the same amount as was in it when I rented the it. Ripoff, will be challenging the charge with Visa.

When using online check in be prepared to wait. Took over 30 minutes to be able to get the key. All information they needed for this type of check in was not informed when the representative contacted us the night before. Just said it would be quick and easy.
