The person checking out the rental to me was fairly new and needed help from more experienced personnel and they kept leaving the office and causing me to sit and wait a very long time. I arrived at 4:35pm and did not drive off with rental equipment until 5:30pm.

Charged me twice for my hitch and I have invested over an hour getting my refund. The customer service representative bounced me to hitch central where I was rudely informed by Laurie that she could not help me and I have to call the store manager. This is after holding for 20 minutes. Very poor service. It is not my job as the customer to educate myself on your business structure.

Apparently there are 2 drop off locations in Canon city and the paperwork did not specify which one , so we dropped the trailer at the one nearest to our home . I got a call from UHaul that they had not received the trailer and as I explained , I was told I could be charged a wrong drop off fee.

When I picked up this truck, I asked the lady if I could have the time for a bit later than what I had it for; I wasn't sure I was going to have any help when I got back to Denver. She stated that we are allowed a bit of time so I wouldn't be charged another extra. I ended up being 30 minutes late as we didn't have any help and there were only two of us to unload. The person at the drop off called and told me I was late and wanted to know when i'd be turning in the truck. I explained my situation and told him i'd be there as soon as I could. I understand that I was late, but first I was told that extra time was allowed. I officially had the truck until 11;00 am and I was literally called a couple minutes after asking where the truck was...???

I have used U-Haul many times, but in this instance, "Transport" Got some items confused! I had arranged for 2 auto transports, and a 26 Ft Truck. They sent me to two locations, and the first location had no information on my rentals. Luckily, the 2nd location had truck and 1 transport. So, I was able to make do. The people I worked with directly were very helpful, it was mostly a matter of person who gave me information about the reservations over the phone, that was the problem. However, at the end of the day, all issues were resolved, and I was able to get moved, with no extra financial pain.

Truck was way under powered and used more fuel than it should have. Had a flat on the trailer 2 miles from a uhaul location and couldn't come change the flat for 2 hours. So we took it off ourselves and took it to them to exchange it for a good tire. Completely unsatisfied with this organization

truck had an issue with trailer lighting which was not known until i showed up and connected the trailer myself. I tried two different trailers until this store decided to get a truck for me from another location since they had no mechanic on site to repair. I lost several hours in this process. I would recommend the store connect trailer in advance to insure everything is working properly rather than wait for customer to make connections and find mechanical issues
