It wasn’t the location - it was UHaul itself that was awful. My reservation changed time and location 3 times in 24 hours and when we showed up to get the truck, even that location couldn’t provide one until 7 hours after we needed it. Awful. Wish we had used a different company. No help given by uhaul.

I'm sure it's not the location's fault as they seemed to be a straight-up business, and it seemed to be more of an issue with the new computer system Uhaul uses now. But when I reserved my trailer I elected NOT to have additional insurance as I wasn't traveling far and I know how to tow a trailer, especially one this small. The reservation was saved in the computer with all my personal info, driver's license, and credit card so all we had to do was click a button and sign a printout. When I looked at my receipt later that day I saw I was billed for insurance. While it is only a few dollars and mostly my fault for not looking at the contract before signing, I assumed that since the system saved all of my info previously entered online I had no reason to double check. Why is it that all of my info was saved and transferred properly EXCEPT the part that stated I did not want to spend additional money on something I didn't need?
