There were people smoking in the van prior to pick up. When returning, the employee of the store said that he would handle drop off. I had to call uhaul multiple times to see why the order was still active. Then, when the receipt came, I was charged for 10 days rather than the one day that I used the vehicle. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I would not recommend using this location.

Just like do your jobs? The car tail lights were out when we got it so it was unsafe to drive. The gas tank was empty and I got none of the equipment I paid for which I needed for my move. Never renting uhaul again

AIGBOGHO WThe van smelled like cigarette smoke, the back of the ban was a mess, and the fuel was completely empty. Ive used uhaul dozens of times, Ive never had something as bad as this happen before. I was supposed to receive the van at 8 am and I got it 30 min late.
Nicholas RThe app interface is not great and is not that easy to use. The staff @ Nick's were nice especially when I spoke to the "boss". The van smelled like a gerbil cage. there were papers strewn around. The hand truck in the back was not secured and rolled all over the place. I am surprised that my rental includes a "cleaning fee"- it seems like that would be part of the rental and clearly no one cleaned this van before I rented it.
